Sample Menus

A full homemade breakfast is always part of your stay with us. For an additional cost, we also have lunches and dinners available for your dining pleasure. Please let us know about any special diet needs in advance; we can usually accommodate them.

Breakfasts

There's no set breakfast menu at Cleveland Place. After you check in and have a chance to relax, we ask you what you'd like for breakfast, and that's what we make.

Simple or fancy, we're happy to provide you whatever you like during your stay. As a special treat, if you want pancakes, waffles, or crepes, we offer maple syrup made from our own maple trees.

Likewise, you can choose to eat at whatever time is good for you. Early for a busy day of hiking or beach-walking, or late because -- hey, you're on vacation!


Box lunches

If you're going for hikes or drives during the day, ask about one of our box lunches to break up the trip. Made up just in time for your travel, they always include fresh fruit, homemade bread, and will stay cool for several hours.

Dinners

Dinner at Cleveland Place is always a delicious affair. If you'd care to have your dinner here, please let us know and we can offer a choice of elegant options. Travellers have given our dinners very favourable reviews!

Garden Salad with house dressing

Entrée choices:
  • Seafood (shrimp/scallop/lobster) served over homemade fettuccine pasta in a delicate creamy cheese sauce.
  • Mediterranean-grilled tender chicken served over homemade fettuccine pasta with a hearty Parmesan cheese sauce
Dessert choices:
  • Homemade chocolate layer cake
  • Light lemon bisque

Garden Salad with choice of dressing:
  • House mustard vinaigrette dressing
  • Fresh homemade yogourt blue cheese dressing

  • Pork Tenderloin Medallions with balsamic fig sauce and savoury green beans
  • Bay of Fundy Lobster with warmed butter and summer potato salad
Dessert choices:
  • Flan
  • New York style homemade individual cheesecakes
